Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form on our website, call us, text us, email us, reply to a postcard, or message us on social media, you may provide:

• Your name, mailing address, email address, and phone number (including mobile number)

• Property details, such as the address, condition, occupancy, mortgage or lien information, and your asking price

• Your reasons for selling, preferred timeline, and other details you choose to share

• The content of your messages, emails, and call notes
   

Information from public and third-party sources. As real estate investors, we may get property owner names, mailing addresses, and phone numbers from public records (such as county tax and deed records) and from data providers that compile property and contact information. We use this to reach owners who may be interested in selling.
 

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our service providers may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring website, and the date and time of your visit. We may use cookies and similar tools to do this. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, but some parts of the site may not work as intended.
 

How We Use Your Information

How We Share Your Information

• Service providers. Companies that help us run our business, such as CRM, phone and texting platforms, email services, direct mail printers, website hosting, and analytics. They may use your information only to perform services for us.

• Transaction partners. Title companies, closing attorneys, escrow agents, lenders, inspectors, contractors, and other parties needed to evaluate or complete a transaction you are involved in.

• Business partners. With your permission, we may share property details with a joint-venture partner or buyer who may purchase or assign the contract for your property.

• Legal reasons. When required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Marzialo Properties, our customers, or others.

Mobile information is never shared. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. This excludes only the service providers that deliver our text messages.
 

SMS / Text Messaging Program
 

Program description. Marzialo Properties sends text messages to people who have given us permission to contact them. Messages may include replies to your property inquiry, offer
details, appointment and closing reminders, follow-ups, and occasional marketing messages about selling your property.
 

How you opt in. You consent to receive text messages by checking the SMS consent box on a form on our website, by texting us first, or by giving us verbal or written permission. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of selling to us or doing business with us.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us. You will usually receive no more than [8] messages per month.
 

Costs. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and we will send no more texts unless you opt in again. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT.

Carrier disclaimer. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your Choices

• Text messages: Reply STOP at any time.

• Email: Click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

• Phone calls and direct mail: Ask us to add you to our internal do-not-contact list by phone or email. We will honor your request within a reasonable time.

• Access or correction: Contact us to review, update, or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to legal and record-keeping requirements.
  
  Data Sharing
  • Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
  • Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.
  
  Messaging Program Terms and Conditions
  1. The messaging program may consist of general customer care messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers, and/or marketing messaging that include discount codes, special deals or texts promoting our products/services, depending on which programs(s) you opt in to. We will only send content you have explicitly signed up to receive via our opt-in process. Messages will be sent from (855) 239-4256.
  2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
  3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at hello@marzialoproperties.com.
  4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
